Copernicus Crater

This is the Copernicus moon Crater I imaged last night with my skywatcher 250PDS, qhy5-ii mono and celestron X-Cel 2x barlow.

Captured 10,000 frames chose the best 10%. Image stabilised in Pipp and Stacked in Registacks.

  1. Really nice picture, Greg. Thanks for sharing. I really like the shadows in the crater. I see you used a QHY5-II – I have an old QHY6 (not modern version) that I use for guiding and another on my spectrometer – these QHY5s/6s are great little cameras.
